In the TiviGlass app, open Settings > Diagnostics > Start support session to get an 8-character code. Read it to the support team and we can run safe, read-only checks on your device.
No personal data leaves the device without your consent, and the session ends on its own. Creds, sign-in tokens and full stream links are never shared.
Billing is handled on your phone via Stripe, so the TV never stores payment details. Premium unlocks on every TV signed in to your account.
