Step by step

Install on Fire TV & Android TV

Five quick steps with your remote. No computer, no cables, no sideloading tools to learn. On Android TV, Google TV, Nvidia Shield and Android TV boxes, install the Downloader app from the Google Play Store instead of the Amazon store — every other step is identical.

    Open the Downloader app

    Launch the free Downloader app on your Fire TV. If you have not got it yet, search for "Downloader" in the Fire TV app store — or the Google Play Store on Android TV and Google TV — and install it.

    Enter the link

    In the Downloader address bar, type tiviglass.com/apk and select Go. The latest TiviGlass app downloads automatically.

    Install and open TiviGlass

    Confirm the install when prompted, then open the app. Future updates arrive automatically, so this is the only time you will need the Downloader.

    Add your provider

    Enter the channel, playback and guide details you already use. TiviGlass builds your Live TV grid, full programme guide and on-demand library from them. You supply your own lawful provider details.

    Optional: sign in on your phone

    Sign in to a TiviGlass account on your phone to unlock Premium, restore from cloud and keep your settings synced across every TV you use.

Troubleshooting

A few quick answers to the questions that come up most during setup.

Downloader cannot find the app

Make sure you typed the link exactly as tiviglass.com/apk in the Downloader address bar, not in a search box. Check your Fire TV is connected to the internet, then select Go again. The link always points to the latest version of the app.

Playback keeps buffering

Streaming quality depends on your provider and your connection. TiviGlass is a player only, so it cannot improve a source that is slow or overloaded. Try a wired connection or a lower stream where your provider offers one. Premium adds advanced playback controls that can help in some cases.

How do I add a second playlist?

Multiple playlists are free for everyone. Open the playlists menu in TiviGlass, add another provider, and switch between them at any time. Signed-in accounts can keep their playlist list synced across every TV.

How do I enable the parental PIN?

Parental controls are free for everyone. Open Settings in TiviGlass, choose Parental controls, and set a PIN to lock categories or channels you would rather keep out of reach.
