TiviGlass is software, not a streaming service.

1. Service scope

TiviGlass is an IPTV player and account-management application. It is designed to let you load, organize, and access provider details, playlists, guide data, and app settings that you already have permission to use.

TiviGlass does not provide channels, playlists, streams, media files, IPTV subscriptions, broadcast rights, or third-party content libraries. We do not host, retransmit, or curate content on your behalf.

2. Lawful use

You are responsible for making sure every playlist, stream, guide source, login, and content source you use with TiviGlass is lawful and authorized for you to access.

• Do not use TiviGlass with unauthorized, infringing, or illegally redistributed content.
• Do not use the service to bypass access controls, licensing terms, or geographic restrictions.
• Do not use the service to resell, mirror, or rebroadcast content you do not control.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your password or email-code access, and for activity that occurs through your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or repeated violations of these terms.

4. Premium features and billing

Premium access applies to TiviGlass software features only. Purchasing premium does not include any playlist, stream, channel package, or third-party IPTV service.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Premium is available as an auto-renewing yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase, at the price and currency shown at checkout. A subscription renews for the same term until cancelled. The renewal amount and date are shown during checkout and in the billing portal. Where Stripe converts the GBP base price into a local currency, the local-currency renewal amount may change with exchange rates.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an auto-renewing plan from your TiviGlass account or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, so access continues until then and no further renewal is charged. Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Third-party services

TiviGlass may rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, synchronization, or provider connectivity. We are not responsible for the availability, legality, accuracy, or performance of any third-party IPTV service, playlist, or stream.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every provider, or flawless playback across all networks and devices.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiviGlass is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiviGlass is not liable for losses arising from third-party content, provider outages, unlawful content sources, device incompatibility, or misuse of the service.

9. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version published on the website.
